Added a serverless visitor counter using API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, IAM, and CloudWatch to demonstrate frontend/backend integration, serverless architecture, and cloud operations troubleshooting. Business Problem

Small IT teams often spend large amounts of time answering repetitive support questions. This project demonstrates how generative AI and serverless AWS services can reduce repetitive support workload while maintaining scalable, low-cost operations.

Problem Solution

Built a serverless AI-powered IT support assistant using Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Bases, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront, Route 53, and IAM. The solution retrieves answers from indexed troubleshooting documentation and delivers responses through a live chatbot interface hosted on AWS.
